Site Credit is a balance on your account that can be used against any future purchases on Golfstar Competitions.

You can see your site credit balance in the my account section of the website.

You use your site credit by ticking the ‘Pay by wallet’ checkbox on the checkout page. This is located next the payment options on the checkout page.

Golfstar Competitions site credit can not be transferred over to Golfstar Direct.

Instant wins are prizes that are won without having to wait for the draw to take place. The instant wins for competitions that have them will be displayed on the competition page. You will be notified by email with instructions if you have won an instant win. All club wins will be right handed unless stated otherwise.

You can see all instant wins that are attached to a competition underneath the description of any competition page.

Auto draw competitions work in the same way as any other competitions upon entry. See how to enter HERE! The only difference is our external draw picker does the draw automatically without a live draw. The results of auto-draws can be seen HERE! Security around payments is something we take very seriously, as such we do not hold any of your payment account details on our site or servers and use 3rd party providers who manage the security for us.  Our current payment method is Cashflows.

Once the competition has ended the draw will be done using the google number generator.  We aim to make the draw within 1 hour of the competition closing.

If you have won, you will receive an email straight away, you will then receive a further email if your prize is custom fit/winner’s choice.

We GUARANTEE the draw dates regardless of how many tickets are sold. No extensions!!

If you are one of our lucky winner we will make contact with as soon as we make the draw, however to keep communications to the most sociable hours of the day it may take up to 72 hours to make contact.  Once we have made contact your goods will be delivered by a next day service.  Please note, if the prize you have won allows custom configuration then the delivery schedule will be that of the manufacturer of the prize.

We use a service called Google Random Number Generator, this allows for a fun random draw to be made. Please take a look at the FAQ’s for the google’s random number generator should you have any further questions.

All products that are won in our competitions will come with the same warranty as if you purchased it from any normal golfing outlet. Please note the warranty only stays with the original winner.
